How the money actually works.

The terms operators ask about — written down up front so the trial does not turn into a surprise.

01 · Hardware on cancel

Ship it back or buy it out.

The terminal hardware is yours to use during your subscription. If you cancel, ship it back at our expense, or pay a $300 buyout to keep it.

02 · Annual prepay

One month on us.

Pay yearly and you get twelve months for the price of eleven. There is no refund on early cancellation; service continues to the end of your paid term.

03 · Multi-site

Two elevators? Let us quote it.

Multi-site pricing is custom at this time. Email Horizon with how your sites are arranged and we will work out a number that makes sense for both of us.

04 · Trial → paid

Stripe checkout at day thirty.

The 30-day trial requires no credit card to start. When the trial ends, you complete checkout through Stripe to keep your data and keep going. Log back in after; your site picks up where you left it.

The promise

This price is your price. Indefinitely.

Today's rate is introductory. When it rises for new customers down the road, current customers stay grandfathered at the rate they started with — for as long as they keep using Horizon Grain. No tier shuffling, no usage bumps, no renegotiation.
